Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of Product Manager experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales role
  • Understanding of the hematology/oncology clinical landscape and the cell therapy business
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and consensus among diverse groups
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and business plans
  • Ability to leverage extensive product and therapeutic disease knowledge to advocate for the appropriate use of cell therapies to opinion leaders
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with a solid grasp of marketing/sales strategies, tactics, and commercial policies within specialty care
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and sustained commercial growth
  • MBA or other advanced degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Recent experience in B cell malignancy/oncology (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute country-level brand strategies and action plans, aligning with global and regional strategy
  • Cultivate strong relationships with opinion leaders and key stakeholders to establish Gilead-Kite’s cell therapies in Taiwan
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Government, and Public Affairs to ensure cohesive strategy development and implementation
  • Monitor and track performance, initiating action plans as necessary
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to provide local market insights that influence global brand plans
  • Develop and implement promotional communication strategies and tactics that align with the overall brand strategy
  • Work closely with Regional/Global marketing colleagues to create compliant promotional materials
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (advertising, public relations, medical education vendors) to produce promotional deliverables
  • Oversee the marketing budget (OPEX) and manage project timelines effectively
  • Drive excellence in commercial efforts, including business planning and forecasting
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements
