Rinsed is building software to run the $15 billion Car Wash industry. We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes with all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, and they are moving from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15 billion underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue. We are a small team, who just raised our Series B from VMG Technology in addition to our Series A from Founder's Fund and Bedrock Capital. We are currently installed at over 3,000 car washes nationally helping to manage more than 8 million car wash memberships. What we've built so far is just the beginning. Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS products.
  • Proven experience executing product roadmaps and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how to build products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with software engineering principles.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Perform competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Drive Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to prioritize features, manage product development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Enhance User Experience: Partner with UX and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor Performance and Drive Improvements: Track key performance metrics, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends to continuously iterate on product features and improve overall product value.
  • Contribute to Product Leadership: Act as a thought partner to the Head of Product, providing insights and recommendations that influence product direction and strategic decision-making.
