Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience building software as a Product Manager, with proven experience in scoping, executing, and delivering products to market. Experience with Agile Product Development methodologies, conducting user interviews, and creating roadmaps for executive communication is required. Analytical and strategic thinking, customer obsession, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in real estate, lending, or insurance industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will analyze the market, identify revenue-driving product opportunities, and become an expert in collaboration between settlement agencies, consumers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. They will translate customer needs into solutions, collaborate with Engineering and Design, and discover workflow improvements by partnering with Sales and Customer Success. Responsibilities include planning and delivering the product roadmap, prioritizing development, writing clear specifications, obtaining and analyzing adoption and engagement data, and responding to new information.
