Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams is essential. A strong data-driven approach to decision-making, attention to detail, and empathy for users are also required. Bonus points for knowledge of payment rails, FinTech products, or B2B SaaS products.
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of financial tools for small businesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer feedback to shape requirements, managing the product development process from ideation to completion, identifying and validating opportunities in new market segments, and growing/monetizing Total Processing Volume. The role also involves running daily sprint ceremonies, communicating product launches, acting as an in-house product expert, and creating product plans that outline key features and initiatives.
