Position Overview

Procurify is the leading AI-enhanced procure-to-pay platform for the mid-market, empowering organizations to control spend and make smarter financial decisions. We are seeking a talented and collaborative Senior Product Manager to join our team and build innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering high-impact solutions within one of our core product areas, operating within a fast-paced, AI-first product and engineering environment. You will work closely with your product triad (engineering and design) and collaborate across the organization to move quickly from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Outcomes: Drive meaningful business and customer results, aligning work with strategic priorities and guiding your team towards the highest-impact opportunities.
• Build Great Strategy: Define strategic direction and make effective decisions within your product domains, leveraging deep domain knowledge and facilitating input from company experts.
• Act as a Strong Customer Advocate: Represent the voice of the customer through deep curiosity, insight, and empathy, championing their needs to ensure solutions improve their experience and drive value.
• Work Fast in an AI-First Environment: Operate within a modern product development process using rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and AI tools. Identify opportunities for AI to unlock better solutions, faster.
• Collaborate Across the Company: Work closely within your product triad and partner across all business functions to build alignment, share context, and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insight and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead with Clarity and Purpose: Approach product challenges with a strong sense of ownership and focus, driving decisions that balance customer needs, technical realities, and business goals to deliver exceptional results.
• Contribute to Product Direction: Help shape product strategy and inform roadmap decisions in your area, taking responsibility for delivering results aligned with its goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
• Experience in procurement, spend management, or accounts payable software is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high-impact business and customer outcomes in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working in empowered, cross-functional triads with engineering and design.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development practices and rapid experimentation.
• Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on solving the right problems.
• Clear sense of domain ownership and ability to align work to strategic goals.
• Passion for building meaningful products as part of a high-performing team.
• Excellent project management skills to effectively run discovery, design, and development of initiatives in parallel.
