We serve some of the region’s biggest brands, helping them understand their audiences, improve engagement, and make data-driven decisions at scale.

Why We’re Hiring

As Lucidya continues to grow and expand its product suite, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead strategic design initiatives, drive product quality across squads, and mentor the next generation of design talent. This is a remote role for a bilingual (Arabic and English) professional passionate about designing impactful, user-centered digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives across 1–2 squads.
  • Mentor and manage junior and mid-level designers, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Maintain and evolve Lucidya’s design system for scalability and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams.
  • Review design work and squad-level KPIs to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Conduct usability testing and leverage data to improve product experiences.
  • Tackle complex UX problems in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • High usability testing success rates and improved design consistency across products.
  • Reduced iterations before design approval.
  • Strong accessibility compliance across your squad’s work.
  • Junior designers under your guidance grow in their craft and confidence.
  • Clear impact on delivering key product roadmap items within your first 90–120 days.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, ideally within structured companies or creative agencies.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – a must-have.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring designers.
  • Strong background in front-end implementation and working with large design systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Trello.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on designer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delivering polished work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for AI or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and design performance metrics.
  • Background working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Why Join Lucidya?

  • Work with a mission-driven, collaborative team shaping the future of AI-powered customer experiences in the MENA region.
  • Fully remote flexibility with an opportunity to work closely with diverse teams across the business.
  • A chance to take on both leadership and hands-on design challenges.
  • Grow your career in a product-centric environment that values quality, speed, and impact.
