Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design initiatives for 1-2 squads, mentor junior and mid-level designers, and maintain the company's design system. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams, reviewing design work and KPIs, conducting usability testing, and leveraging data to enhance product experiences. The designer will also tackle complex UX problems in a fast-paced environment.
