Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of professional experience in UX design
  • Deep hands-on experience with Figma, and other prototyping tools
  • Driven by user-centered and design thinking methodologies
  • Case studies that tell the story of your approach and design process to solve complex problems driven by data
  • Clear and articulate written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight
  • Work with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges
  • Present work to product stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis
  • Strong consulting, partnership, and problem-solving skills
