Candidates should have 6+ years of experience as a product designer, with at least 2 years working on growth, engagement, or conversion-focused experiences, strong expertise in interaction design, and a portfolio showcasing high-quality, high-converting experiences. Experience using AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate prototyping, testing, and iteration is required, along with experience designing and optimizing complex flows, ideally in authentication, onboarding, or coverage verification, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of how Included Health communicates its value proposition and guides members into its digital experience, designing and optimizing conversion flows while balancing rapid experimentation with a long-term vision for a seamless, engaging experience. They will simplify complex systems, making authentication and coverage verification intuitive and frictionless, drive experimentation and innovation through A/B tests and rapid iterations, leveraging data and insights to refine engagement strategies, explore new ways to communicate the value proposition, and stay ahead of industry trends. Additionally, they will leverage AI-powered design tools and research tools to build, test, and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes, and recommend and knowledge-share best practices with the team.
