Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of product design experience across web or mobile platforms, demonstrating a proven track record of designing end-to-end user journeys, particularly in onboarding, activation, or product-led growth experiences. They should have experience driving design strategy and aligning teams around a clear vision, along with a portfolio showcasing smart and effective design solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Designer, the individual will own the first-time user journey by designing and refining onboarding, activation, and trial-to-paid conversion experiences, and will design holistically, considering end-to-end product flows. They will set the standard for UX/UI across the organization by establishing best practices, templates, and systems, mentor and collaborate with team members, and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other teams to align on vision and ship amazing experiences. Furthermore, they will champion user-centered thinking by driving research, testing, and data-informed design decisions, and shape the design culture by fostering a supportive and ambitious team of designers.
