About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to contribute to strategic feature development, focusing on unlocking growth within our Marketing SKU. Your primary focus will be enhancing the experience of our core blocks and submissions flow, aiming to increase activation rates and customer satisfaction for key target segments.

You will join a high-functioning, cross-functional team that is already well-established and operating smoothly. This role has become available due to an internal promotion. While the scope is clearly defined, you will have ample opportunity to make a significant impact on a critical part of the product.

You will work alongside a Principal Product Designer and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Things You Will Do

• Identify, execute, and iterate on improvements to the core blocks experience and solve meaningful customer problems.
• Create clean, visually compelling UX and UI designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct user research, with or without support from our Research function.
• Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions.
• Leverage and contribute to our Design System.
• Work across product groups to deliver cohesive and thoughtful experiences.

What You Already Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years in digital product design, preferably within SaaS.
• Visual Design: Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Design Process: Confidence working across the full design process, from discovery through execution.
• User Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating feedback into designs.
• UI Proficiency: Proficient in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Design Systems: Familiarity with Design Systems and experience contributing to them.
• Collaboration: A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly as needed.
• Bonus: Experience designing for marketers or marketing tools is a plus.
• Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design work.
• Language: Fluent in English.
