Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in digital product design, preferably within the SaaS industry. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail are essential, along with proficiency in the full design process from discovery to execution. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, integrating feedback, creating intuitive interfaces, and contributing to Design Systems is required. A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, fluency in English, and a solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work are also necessary. Experience designing for marketers or marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will focus on improving the experience of core blocks and submissions flow within the Marketing SKU to drive activation rates and customer satisfaction. They will identify, execute, and iterate on improvements to the core blocks experience and solve customer problems. Responsibilities include creating clean, visually compelling UX and UI designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders, planning and running user research, facilitating design workshops, leveraging and contributing to the Design System, and working across product groups to deliver cohesive experiences.
