Requirements

  • Strong track record of partnering with operational teams and delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency
  • Excellent communicator, able to form own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round
  • Solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish
  • Comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock and make things happen
  • Commercially minded, comfortable with opportunity sizing, solid experience forecasting and scenario modelling
  • Expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power (experience in Looker/Superset preferred)
  • Proficient with SQL and data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python (full-stack analytics from ingestion to insights)
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience working with payments or transaction data
  • Experience working with sales data in Salesforce or similar, and/or contacts data in tools like Zendesk or Twilio
  • Experience using other coding languages such as JavaScript (e.g., Google Apps Script automations)

Responsibilities

  • Support operational forecasting and capacity planning by developing understanding of partners and factors driving operational workload to ensure adequate resourcing and best-in-class experience
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand their processes, build operational health scores, and define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive decision-making
  • Conduct analysis to reduce friction throughout customers’ lifecycle, working with product and ops teams to ensure seamless onboarding and reduced touch points throughout the transfer lifecycle
  • Support leads across CSM, KYC, Fincrime and Payment Operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability of Wise Platform
  • Work closely with Servicing & Operations leads to shape priorities of their teams, building conviction through insights and analysis
