Requirements

Strong track record of partnering with operational teams and delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency
Excellent communicator, able to form own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round
Solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish
Comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock and make things happen
Commercially minded, comfortable with opportunity sizing, solid experience forecasting and scenario modelling
Expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power (experience in Looker/Superset preferred)
Proficient with SQL and data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python (full-stack analytics from ingestion to insights)
Nice to Have
Experience working with payments or transaction data
Experience working with sales data in Salesforce or similar, and/or contacts data in tools like Zendesk or Twilio
Experience using other coding languages such as JavaScript (e.g., Google Apps Script automations)

Responsibilities

Support operational forecasting and capacity planning by developing understanding of partners and factors driving operational workload to ensure adequate resourcing and best-in-class experience
Collaborate with operational teams to understand their processes, build operational health scores, and define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive decision-making
Conduct analysis to reduce friction throughout customers’ lifecycle, working with product and ops teams to ensure seamless onboarding and reduced touch points throughout the transfer lifecycle
Support leads across CSM, KYC, Fincrime and Payment Operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability of Wise Platform
Work closely with Servicing & Operations leads to shape priorities of their teams, building conviction through insights and analysis
