They should have experience in negotiations and supplier management, along with familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and agency-specific regulations.
The Senior Procurement Administrator will manage the procurement lifecycle from planning to closeout, performing procurement activities according to company policies and Federal regulations. They will conduct market research, qualify suppliers, evaluate quotes, and respond to inquiries regarding order status. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, recommending process improvements, and participating in special projects while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
