Requirements

  • Ability to travel within region up to 50% of the time, including overnight visits

Responsibilities

  • Maximize profit by achieving sales revenue targets and growing market share for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) and/or Peripheral vascular products in the specified territory
  • Promote, sell, and service Medtronic CRDN and/or Peripheral vascular products
  • Practice ethical territory management, including organization, planning, administration, and expense planning/control
  • Increase sales and revenue by targeting and developing new accounts
  • Train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures
  • Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
  • Develop, implement, and deliver plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, including consistent achievement/overachievement of sales objectives, handling multiple priorities, targeting specific accounts, and following through on objectives
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
  • Effectively manage time to ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory
  • Develop and implement plans to identify growth opportunities within current and competitive customer accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors
  • Manage inventory in collaboration with other departments to balance product availability with costs
  • Control and manage expenses in the most cost-effective manner
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external key decision makers, customers, and staff
  • Plan, implement, and deliver effective sales/product presentations to customers, defining objectives and measuring success
