Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates must have over 2 years of cross-country CTM/Project Management experience, with specific knowledge in Neuroscience areas such as CNS, Neurodegenerative diseases, rare diseases, Ophthalmology, and Psychiatry. Gene therapy experience is a plus. Experience in all phases of the clinical research study life cycle, including start-up, interim, and close-out, along with study finance management experience, is necessary. A valid passport and driver's license are required, as is proficiency in written and spoken English. Outstanding organizational skills, critical thinking, proven performance management abilities, excellent judgment and decision-making skills, and highly effective communication and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge of relevant regulations like ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Principal Clinical Team Manager will coordinate all aspects of international clinical activities, including the day-to-day management and leadership of Clinical Operations members allocated to a project on a country basis. They will be responsible for achieving project clinical deliverables within contractual timelines and budget. This role involves developing clinical tools, setting up training, tracking, and quality systems, and partnering with the Project Manager for client meetings. The manager will also provide input for clinical resource management, including forecast estimates and identification of additional resource needs, and serve as the primary contact and support for the Sponsor on all clinical-related aspects of the project.
