Candidates must have completed an ACGME accredited neurology residency and possess Board Certification in Neurology. Expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders is essential, along with experience working in interdisciplinary care teams. Candidates should be licensed in OH, WA, NV, and FL, and have a strong understanding of strategies to prevent cognitive decline and dementia, diagnostic approaches to dementia subtypes, and advanced care planning for neurodegenerative diseases.
The Neurologist will evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers, collaborate with the Medical Director and Clinical Operations to achieve clinical KPIs, lead educational efforts, and oversee new hires. They will identify areas for improvement in the care model, provide memory care training, and ensure effective oversight of the interdisciplinary team.
