Remo Health is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Neurologist to join our mission of transforming dementia care.

About the Role: Reporting to the Medical Director, the Neurologist will be instrumental in advancing our mission by leading the clinical team. This role involves evaluating and managing a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers, guiding the clinical team, spearheading educational initiatives, and collaborating with the Medical Director on hiring and training new providers for market expansion. Requirements

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency.
  • Board Certification in Neurology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working within interdisciplinary care teams.
  • A strong desire to work remotely and provide patient care via telemedicine.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers, supported by an interdisciplinary team (including Pharmacist, Social Worker, Care Navigator, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the care model and technical platform to enhance care quality, patient satisfaction, and the provider experience.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Clinical Operations to achieve key clinical performance indicators (KPIs), such as quality targets, utilization metrics, and patient/provider satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Medical Director to deliver memory care training and provide oversight for new hires.
  • Work with the Medical Director to develop, implement, and maintain a curriculum for regular educational conferences for clinical providers, including clinical case conferences, neuroradiology rounds, and guest lectures.
  • Collaborate with and provide necessary oversight to the interdisciplinary team by addressing questions requiring neurological expertise.
