The Senior PR Manager will lead the PR strategy for Monzo Business, shaping how the company communicates its value and impact. They will work with internal teams to develop and pitch expert commentary, opinion pieces, and speaker opportunities, building relationships with key media and journalists, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on external communications. This role involves driving and supporting ambitious PR strategies for new product launches, showcasing the success stories of business banking customers, managing press inquiries, and collaborating across teams to uncover compelling stories relevant to an SME audience, mining data and insights to create engaging media stories.
