Candidates are required to possess at least 3 years of work experience and at least 1 year of experience in software, along with a Bachelor's degree. Strong analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheets and/or BI tools, are necessary, as is familiarity with product development processes. Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus, and product-led growth experience is a must-have.
The Senior PM/Product Manager will grow revenue with a particular focus on the free trial, identify and solve key friction points in the self-serve journey to improve conversion and expansion, define hypotheses and validate them through experimentation, optimize levers such as onboarding, activation, monetization, and engagement, measure and iterate based on key growth metrics, partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing, and establish plans to realize commercial viability.
