Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.

Responsibilities

Architects will guide customers through digital transformation by leading solutioning discussions and driving the successful delivery of strategic projects. They will provide thought leadership and expert guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform, engaging with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions. Responsibilities include establishing strong governance frameworks, reducing technical debt, enabling scalable solutions, and optimizing platform strategy. Architects will also build relationships with customer leaders, collaborate with go-to-market and delivery teams, and ensure customers use leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health. They will guide teams on technical architectures designed for long-term success, translate business goals into customer roadmaps, and manage technical governance and delivery operating models. Additionally, they will support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and contributing leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
