  • Deep expertise in custom audiences, advanced targeting, strategic bidding, and detailed campaign optimisation
  • Proven expertise running conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing activities, using tools like HubSpot, VWO, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting, GA4, and related analytics platforms
  • A proactive, data-driven, and innovation-focused mindset, always seeking new efficiencies and growth opportunities

  • Own and evolve our global paid media strategy across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond
  • Plan, execute, and optimise large-scale campaigns that fuel brand visibility and lead generation
  • Manage a significant global paid media budget, ensuring every euro drives ROI
  • Dive deep into data to uncover insights, trends, and new opportunities for growth
  • Lead landing page optimisation and CRO efforts to maximise conversions
  • Partner closely with content, sales, and marketing teams to align paid media with broader business goals
