Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations — proactive and reactive — ensuring consistent, fair, and timely resolution of issues
  • Support performance management cycles, including calibration, review quality, and manager feedback coaching
  • Partner with leaders to identify performance trends and drive early interventions that promote growth and accountability
  • Design, deliver, and coordinate manager enablement and training programs focused on people leadership, feedback, and development
  • Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, navigate tough conversations, and support team engagement
  • Champion adoption of career ladders by coaching managers and employees on goal setting, performance alignment, and development conversations
  • Connect performance frameworks to ongoing growth and mobility discussions
  • Lead policy design, updates, and change management in collaboration with Legal, People Ops, and subject matter experts
  • Project manage rollout plans to ensure clarity, adoption, and alignment across teams
  • Partner with leaders on team effectiveness initiatives, engagement survey follow-ups, and culture-building efforts
  • Identify and advise on trends across the org to help improve inclusion, belonging, and employee experience
