Requirements

Ability to align around clear goals and objectives to connect with business goals and act as a strategic partner to stakeholders
Develop an intimate understanding of supported businesses and provide partnership to EMEA leaders on strategic initiatives including employee engagement, retention, performance planning, employee relations, career development, employee metrics, succession planning, and organizational transformation
Resourcefulness in bringing the right people together to build and launch new tools, optimize processes, and drive change
Experience working in global organizations, supporting leaders across different countries and timezones, bridging cultural differences, and advocating for employees in a global matrixed environment
Advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion personally and programmatically, with knowledge of its relation to the employee life cycle, internal programs, and influencing change in supported teams
Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity, dealing with issues without established processes or systems
Comfortable communicating openly and transparently, assuming good intent, and speaking up honestly with courage, even when difficult
Stay connected with all Global PBPs for client groups, ensuring awareness of client group activities or developments
Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leaders, combining commercial acumen with high emotional intelligence and a sense of humour to influence, challenge convention, and embed positive change

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the EVP of Risk and work alongside sales leaders to drive impact across the commercial organization
Lead and develop a team of two People Business Partners, serving as a role model and ensuring a people-first approach that enables business success
Report into the VP, People (EMEA/APAC) in London with a dotted line to the Director, PBP in NYC HQ overseeing commercial business partnering
Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed team to deliver excellent outcomes for clients and people, aligning to Dow Jones’ commercial goals
