Senior Payroll Administrator

The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for preparing and delivering monthly payroll data to third-party providers across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring timely and correct submission of payroll payment files. This includes managing statutory payments like sick pay and maternity/paternity pay, overseeing payroll aspects of onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with pension auto-enrolment rules. The role involves reviewing and validating payroll outputs for accuracy across multi-sited and cross-country payrolls, acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries, and working with multiple currencies. Responsibilities also include assisting finance with audits and annual tax reporting, partnering with the Payroll Manager to introduce new processes and strengthen internal controls, staying updated on legislative changes, supporting annual payroll year-end processes and reconciliations, and preparing monthly payroll journals and accruals for EMEA entities.
