The Senior Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead will implement global patient recruitment and retention strategies, acting as a functional lead to ensure operational excellence and quality. Responsibilities include assessing strategy performance, escalating issues, managing risks, and adjusting strategies as needed. The role involves maintaining compliance with study tools and updates, acting as a subject matter expert to review metrics and pivot strategies, and collaborating with clinical teams for client presentations. Oversight of project financials, identification of out-of-scope tasks, and support for contract modifications are also key duties.
