Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Lead will drive the execution of clinical trials through exceptional investigator engagement and site performance management. They will serve as a scientific ambassador, ensuring investigators understand protocol intent and scientific rationale. Responsibilities include influencing enrollment by co-creating tailored recruitment strategies, capturing and elevating critical insights from sites, leading site-level strategy and risk planning, and driving inspection readiness across sites. The role also involves collaborating across functions and with vendor partners to resolve operational barriers and providing oversight for vendor monitoring.
