Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience within loyalty or digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity within the travel, loyalty, or e-commerce sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B2C loyalty marketing strategies for major travel or hospitality brands, with a strong understanding of the Middle East market
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, acting ethically and maintaining trust and accountability
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, data-driven personalization, and omni-channel campaign management
  • Proven ability to build relationships, drive strategic alignment, and deliver value in complex environments
  • Strong grasp of loyalty economics and the ability to translate strategy to align with loyalty programme metrics while maintaining programme economics

Responsibilities

  • Take full strategic and operational ownership of the Middle East loyalty partner marketing portfolio, setting vision, priorities, and KPIs to drive revenue and engagement of Plusgrade’s loyalty products with partners
  • Actively drive marketing opportunities that contribute to revenue goals
  • Develop and execute multi-year, data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate partner growth, deepen engagement, and position Plusgrade as an industry thought leader
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders
  • Leverage deep expertise in loyalty marketing, digital channels, and omni-channel campaign management to deliver best-in-class partner and customer experiences
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Data, Analytics, Creative, Media, Product) to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing programs tailored to partner needs
  • Identify and pilot marketing opportunities, personalization strategies, and data-driven approaches to keep Plusgrade and its partners at the forefront of loyalty marketing
  • Establish robust measurement frameworks, analyze campaign and portfolio performance, and present actionable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
