Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end legal processes independently with minimal guidance
  • Become an expert in Walmart’s legal databases and technology tools, serving as the team lead for legal tech initiatives
  • Conduct specialized legal research and analysis related to digital and data-related legal issues
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation and files across various systems
  • Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and process-related documentation in collaboration with attorneys
  • Provide operational and strategic support for litigation, regulatory, and internal compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with outside counsel, witnesses, and internal experts for interviews, negotiations, and mediations
  • Train paralegals, attorneys, and business stakeholders on legal processes and best practices
  • Identify legal and operational risks, assess implications, and make recommendations to attorneys
  • Support budget tracking and review legal invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Drive process improvements in legal workflows and knowledge management system
