The Senior Outsource & Influencer Manager will be responsible for talent sourcing, pre-evaluating creative portfolios, onboarding and briefing external contributors, overseeing contracts and payment processes, collaborating with internal teams on project needs, building and maintaining relationships with freelancers, monitoring contributor performance, and optimizing sourcing and collaboration workflows to support scale and quality in creative delivery.
