Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Prior experience leading Coding for an Omni product in operations, including managing the organization of 200+ associates (prior experience managing a span of 80-100 associates is a plus)
  • Entirely responsible for owning delivery of Coding outcomes, including BAU operations, managing incremental events & enhancements, product health metrics, and people performance metrics
  • Comfortable with stakeholder engagement beyond coding scope (e.g., other operational areas, PL, Dsci, Tech, Transformation), reporting to leadership, and engaging in discussions for changes, prioritization, escalations & resolutions
  • Directly reports to the Operations Leader for Omni
  • Collaborating cross-functionally on path to growth, including panel expansion programs: redefine processes, evolve/adapt teams, define training & levelling up requirements, execute growth, and manage transitions per SOPs
  • Strategic knowledge of Panel products or equivalent large programs
  • Involved in setup, execution, and expansion of large programs in operations, creating collaborations across workstreams in Data Operations, Client Operations, Technology, Data Science, Product Leadership
  • Demonstrated strong capability in translating operational gaps and improvement areas into product/feature enhancements
  • Preferably 3 years of handling programs of this scale within/outside NIQ
  • Background in coding function in operations is a preferred plus (for NIQ applicants)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive change
  • Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and compliance monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders beyond coding scope (operational areas, PL, Dsci, Tech, Transformation), report to leadership, discuss changes, prioritize issues, handle escalations & resolutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on defining path to growth with panel expansion programs: redefine processes, evolve teams, define training requirements, execute growth, manage transitions per SOPs
