Preferably 3 years handling programs of this scale, with a background in coding functions as a plus.
The role involves leading Coding for an Omni/Growth program, managing 200+ associates including 3rd party outsourcing, owning delivery of Coding outcomes for BAU operations, incremental events, enhancements, product health metrics, and people performance metrics.
The role will manage an organization of 200+ associates, including 3rd party engagement for large-scale outsourcing, with prior experience managing 80-100 associates being a plus.
Strong candidates have demonstrated capability in running Growth programs with aggressive timelines, managing in-house and 3rd party teams for high-quality work, translating operational gaps into product enhancements, and prior experience managing 80-100 associates.
