Requirements

  • Strategic knowledge of Panel products or equivalent large programs
  • Experience in setup, execution, and expansion of large programs in operations, creating collaborations across Data Operations, Client Operations, Technology, Data Science, and Product Leadership
  • Background or experience handling 3rd party/vendor execution teams and/or managing large-scale project teams in multiple locations
  • Strong capability in running Growth programs, managing aggressive timelines and ramp-up requirements with high-quality work, using in-house and 3rd party teams
  • Ability to translate operational gaps and improvement areas into product/feature enhancements
  • Preferably 3 years of handling programs of this scale
  • Background in coding function in operations is a preferred plus
  • Prior experience managing a span of 80-100 associates is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Coding for an Omni/Growth program in operations, managing an organization of 200+ associates
  • Manage 3rd party engagement for large-scale outsourcing of coding for large programs
  • Own delivery of Coding outcomes to overall product delivery, including BAU operations, incremental events, and enhancements
  • Manage metrics on product health and people performance metrics
  • Proactively manage performance metrics of 3rd party teams alongside in-house team management
  • Engage stakeholders beyond coding scope (e.g., other operational areas, PL, Dsci, Tech, Transformation) for discussions on changes, prioritization, escalations, and resolutions
  • Report out to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on defining the path to growth, including redefining processes, evolving teams, defining training and leveling up requirements, executing growth, and managing it
