Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of industry experience, with knowledge of securities operations, trade processing, proxy voting, and performance systems being a plus. Strong initiative, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, effective written and oral communication skills, and being highly organized and detail-oriented are also required.
This Senior Operations Associate will manage the client billing process in coordination with the accounting team, oversee electronic proxy voting, calculate and review client portfolio performance, manage the composite construction and GIPS verification process, generate monthly business reporting, provide backup to other operations staff, and perform other duties and special projects as necessary, all while adhering to the firm’s Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures.
