Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline, and ideally 2-3 years of experience in management consulting from a top firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group, or equivalent experience in business analysis or operations. A high level of comfort with SQL and complex data analysis is also required.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, Business Operations, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies, lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments, define and test levers to drive profitable user acquisition and partnership growth, identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize operational efficiency, and conduct in-depth analyses using advanced machine learning models to extract insights shaping growth strategies.
