Requirements

  • Ability to support execution and achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets for the On-Premise Channel within assigned geographic area aligned with Constellation Brands Gold Network distributor partners
  • Expertise in driving superior retail execution against on-premise sales priorities and channel strategies
  • Capability to manage local market execution and support development/delivery of local business plans in coordination with distributor management teams
  • Skills in driving increased distribution and availability of beer portfolio across the market
  • Proficiency in positioning brands at retail to optimize sales and market share growth
  • Experience working closely with local distributor management teams and Gold Network partners to enhance market execution
  • Knowledge of on-premise channel strategies, national/regional account integration, distributor engagement, special events, and retail execution
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and managers of strategic national/regional/independent accounts
  • Competence in identifying, prioritizing, and activating programming in strategic on-premise accounts aligned with target demographics and growth initiatives
  • Local market expertise to stay updated on influencer/strategic accounts impacting market performance
  • Regular reporting skills for local market activity, insights, and business updates to Senior On-Premise Market Execution Manager and sales leadership

Responsibilities

  • Execute local market on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility
  • Collaborate with Senior On-Premise Market Execution Manager, CBI’s On-Premise National & Key Account teams, local distributor management team, and Gold Network Distributor partners on developing and executing on-premise business plans and strategic growth initiatives
  • Ensure overarching on-premise strategies and key sales priorities are integrated into localized plans, prioritizing local opportunities such as strategic account development, national/regional account integration, distributor engagement, special event support, and retail execution strategies
  • Provide direct support and execution of strategies and key sales priorities across assigned area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and managers of local strategic national/regional/independent accounts; execute CBI’s on-premise strategies and sales initiatives across these accounts; oversee and execute local market programs and promotional activities
  • Assist Senior On-Premise Market Execution Manager in building localized on-premise development plans including sales, distribution, and promotional efforts; assist Constellation Market Development Managers in developing On-Premise components of annual business plans
  • Identify, prioritize, and activate programming in strategic on-premise accounts (national/regional chains & local independents) aligning with Constellation’s target demographics and growth initiatives
  • Act as local on-premise market expert, staying updated on influencer/strategic accounts impacting market performance
  • Report local market activity, insights, and key business updates regularly to Senior On-Premise Market Execution Manager and key sales leadership stakeholders
  • Execute local market plans to increase distribution and availability of brands in draft and package formats across the on-premise channel
