Responsibilities

The Senior Observability Architect will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers, designing and guiding their observability maturity journey. Responsibilities include providing expert troubleshooting and guidance, conducting technical reviews, advising on best practices, collaborating on technical roadmaps, identifying optimization and expansion opportunities, and acting as the customer's voice to product and engineering teams to drive adoption and maximize value from the platform.
