A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Ethical Sales is required, along with strong selling, communication, query handling, and soft skills. Responsibilities

The Senior Nutritional Sales Executive is responsible for achieving product-wise sales budgets (value and volume) by adhering to set work norms. This includes developing a customer database, meeting customers regularly to ensure product availability, and implementing product promotion plans to enhance distribution and brand visibility. The role involves maintaining good relations with hospitals, preparing Standard Lists of Customers (SLC), identifying new business development opportunities, and selecting core doctors for sampling and frequency. Daily call averages of at least 10 doctors are expected, along with maintaining a Sales Reckoner for discussions and business planning. Responsibilities also include conducting mass contacts and doctors' meetings, obtaining feedback on market conditions and promotional strategies, securing hospital rotation months, rolling out clinic rental programs, submitting daily and weekly reports, conducting market research, and cooperating with company executives during field visits and conferences.
