Requirements

  • Expert knowledge in large scale IP Networking Technologies and protocols such as: MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRF, VxLAN, EVPN, QoS, GRE, IPSEC, DNS, MACsec
  • Hands-on experience around Peering and Datacenter interconnect technologies: PNI, Transit, Exchange, Passive DWDM, Wave circuits
  • Ability to write and understand Python/Shell scripts and programs for automation, tools, frameworks, dashboards, alarms
  • Understanding of network virtualization such as: VRFs, VXLAN. Familiarity with Arista, Cumulus OS, Fortinet OS etc
  • Expert in the field of network, especially in underlay network
  • Strong track record of implementing network services in a variety of distributed computing environments
  • Architected, built, and deployed a network for a large scale (1000s of machines) in the past, used by 1000s of people. Familiar with designing and building POPs and large scale WANs
  • Hands-on experience with high performance network and network optimization in highly-available, large-scale, multisite, international environments
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • 8+ years of experience in network, especially experience in Arista switches
  • BS Degree or the equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall architecture and design of our cloud network infrastructure including intra-DC, inter-DC, Corp IT, and Internet connectivity
  • Implement, manage and troubleshoot entire network stacks
  • Automate network infrastructure end-to-end including provisioning, management and monitoring
