Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • 5+ years of experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or relevant consumer product merchandising, product creation, and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand, or digital environment
  • Strong command of retail and/or digital metrics (sell-through, margin, full price realization, inventory, weeks of supply, etc.)
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights and trends into clear strategies, product briefs, and action plans
  • Expertise in product line management and assortment creation, with a track record of driving long-term product line strategies
  • Experience developing strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners locally and internationally
  • Strong influencing skills and comfort navigating a cross-functional organizational matrix—both in Korean and English
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Attention to detail and commitment to process consistency
  • Passion for consumers, sport, streetwear, and fashion
  • Strong marketplace and retail acumen, analytical skills, and deep understanding of the Jordan consumer and marketplace landscape

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute end-to-end assortment strategy, from line plan brief to retail execution across all channels
  • Gather and analyze consumer and marketplace insights to inform future line plans and hyperlocal product opportunities
  • Collaborate with Geo merchandising counterparts and territory cross-functional teams to drive priorities and ensure alignment with territory plans
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (SMD, Retail Marketing & Sales) to build holistic strategies that combine product, sales, and brand efforts
  • Lead internal seasonal downloads to communicate and align strategies and priorities with cross-functional partners
  • Present seasonal product assortments to retail
