Requirements

  • 2+ years managing XDR teams / +2 years of software sales experience, preferably in SaaS/Customer Support/Sales/CRM software
  • 2+ years of management experience, with a consistent track record of building a great working environment
  • Proven track record of building inbound and outbound sales processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or technology
  • Consistent results of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • Outstanding time management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Clay, etc.)
  • Experience leading and improving critical metrics
  • Experience running successful 1 on 1's and weekly/monthly team meetings
  • Experience handling individual and management expectations (Managing Up)

Responsibilities

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Marketing (Sales) Development Reps
  • Develop the sales acumen, product knowledge, and industry expertise of each team member
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and build workflows for the future. Prioritize improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual KPI’s - Call volume, lead quality, down funnel metrics and pipeline, etc
  • Work closely with our Growth Marketing team
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and AEs to ensure lead quality/quantity and efficient follow-up supporting the effective conversion of qualified ICT sales opportunities
  • Assist with hiring and training future Marketing (Sales) Development Manager
  • Assist in future quarterly planning for the JAPAC region as it relates to headcount, opportunity volume and expected pipeline to help the Marketing Department hit its aggregate pipeline targets
