Responsibilities

  • Drive Hardlines Marketing Strategy: Lead the vision, creation, and execution of annual marketing plans specifically for the Hardlines business, collaborating with global and regional teams to craft campaign toolkits and pitch decks
  • Orchestrate Hardlines Campaigns: Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including workflow, budgeting, timelines, and insightful reporting; host regular status meetings to align stakeholders and manage team resources
  • Deliver Multi-Channel Success: Lead cross-functional teams to launch Hardlines campaigns across retail, digital, experiential, and above-the-line channels; partner with creative teams and agencies to develop marketing assets
  • Champion Leadership & Growth: Act as an inspiring, inclusive leader, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation; support professional development of direct reports, champion diversity and inclusion
