Ensure the execution of marketing activities is of the highest quality
Own the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communication plan that resonates with the Central & CEE market, while aligning the local Sales organization on country marketing plan execution
Oversee the launch and implementation of innovations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Work as a team with Category & Segment and TechServ & Training to execute innovation launches and achieve country targets on innovation sales
Serve as an ambassador in sustainability, integrating sustainable practices into marketing strategies and communications, and promoting Ecolab’s commitment to environmental stewardship
Build and maintain strong customer and sales relationships, capturing relevant insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
Support Sales and the local leadership in new business development initiatives
