Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or science
  • Good proficient level of English
  • 10+ years of escalating experience in product management, brand management, marketing strategy, or other marketing roles (Medical Device related or B2B areas preferred)
  • 2+ years of people management
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time (overnight travel may be required)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute impactful competitive marketing strategies and programs (campaigns, virtual events, trade shows, symposiums) to achieve short- and long-term revenue growth, ensuring alignment with country growth initiatives
  • Collaborate internally to drive country activities, campaigns, product launches, content creation, and Key Opinion Leaders’ strategy and engagement
  • Collaborate with commercial team to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execute Account Based Marketing targeting strategic key accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain competitive edge and appropriate pricing strategy
  • Lead execution of promotional materials including playbooks, social media, trade shows, direct mail, web content, digital content, and industry news
  • Supervise event logistics and provide local event support, ensuring consistency with regional messaging
  • Manage local translation processes and review translated customer-facing materials for accuracy
