Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Braze or other marketing automation solutions
  • Live in the United States (hybrid position in Denver, CO requiring 3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and analytically driven, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in building and executing high impact, high ROI customer lifecycle programs primarily focused on marketing funded incentive programs
  • Analyze business trends and marketing programs to develop optimizations that improve business performance
  • Deliver new methods and ideas to improve user retention, activation, and reactivation — be innovative with solving business challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class user experience
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance, strategy, and key business metrics
  • Execute programming that supports an optimal user experience at every stage of the funnel
  • Develop thoughtful lifecycle communications to support incentive programming to drive user engagement
