Requirements
Expertise in Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers
Expertise in shopper-based design and key sales fundamentals (counter location and size)
Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes
Understanding of the Vietnam Market, including consumers and customers’ needs and wants
Expertise in retail promotion planning and execution
High proficiency in English and remote communication
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders
3-5 years of experience in Market Strategy and Planning
E-commerce experience (advantage)
Preferred: Experience in Feminine or Personal Healthcare category
Responsibilities
Develop winning commercial plans to enable Sales teams to win in stores and drive local Go-to-Market & Sales Fundamentals strategies
Lead deployment of agreed regional strategies, key business priorities, and regional master plan to the Key Account Managers/Market Development Managers
Define and deliver regional sales fundamentals and business targets
Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the best outcome for in-market investments
Contribute to stewardship conformity, giving clear mentorship on compliant spending to ensure the best use of budgets and no control outages
Search and reapply shown success models with the different regions
Create Strong Conceptual Sell for our Field Sales to sell to our customers
Build market/regional knowledge by sharing initiative progress and competitive review
