Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment within the Chip industry, with experience in a Fabless company being a beneficial asset. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to physically attend the Chonburi site on a daily basis is essential.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing strategies for optical products, oversee the production of optical components while adhering to industry standards and specifications, conduct research and feasibility studies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality, develop and maintain documentation such as manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures, work alongside Operations, R&D, and NPI teams on projects and mass production, implement quality control measures to ensure consistent and reliable output, analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction, evaluate and select appropriate equipment and tools for manufacturing optical products, and assist in the testing and validation of new optical technologies and products, as well as traveling as needed for business.
