Requirements

  • Marketing experience to activate and deliver strategic and tactical marketing value to key clients (Banks, Merchants, FinTech, and Government)
  • Ability to work closely with manager, regional Marketing teams, Business Development team, and Visa’s Consulting teams
  • Reporting to Head of Marketing, Thailand and SMT Marketing Service Director (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand)
  • Part of Thailand Country Team and SMT cluster

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing engagements for key clients and partners by developing and rolling out client marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives, encompassing the entire lifecycle from planning to execution
  • Engage with client executives and team leads to understand their plans and propose marketing support aligning with their goals
  • Foster and sustain client relationships to generate new revenue streams by offering comprehensive Marketing Value Added Services (VAS), including marketing insight, strategy, creative services, execution, and consulting
  • Identify client requirements through thorough analysis, develop custom plans, negotiate pricing and scope, handle contracting and documentation, partner with internal teams and agencies for implementation, and ensure objectives are met with high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work extensively with local country cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Account Leads, Product, Visa Consulting and Analytics) and AP client marketing team to support VAS engagement, project planning & development, and execution
  • Oversee all administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS, including marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management, and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process
  • Ensure timely executions and deliverables from agencies and vendors, with proper documentation and paperwork across the project lifecycle
  • Maintain open communication between partners and vendors to ensure accurate execution and implementation
