Responsibilities

  • Steward the Total Rewards strategy annually in partnership with Head of People and People Leadership Team, ensuring cash, equity, and benefits attract, develop, and retain talent
  • Program manage bi-annual compensation cycles, leading end-to-end rollouts of cash and equity reviews, partnering with Finance on modeling/budget, People Programs on education, and managing details in Pave
  • Provide thought partnership for new roles, collaborating with hiring managers to craft job bands
  • Uplevel the compensation tech stack in partnership with People Systems, identifying improvements and exploring AI uses for data-driven decisions
  • Partner closely with People, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams to scale market-competitive, equitable reward programs aligned with mission and values
