Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team, fostering professional growth and aligning with strategic goals
Shape and oversee grantmaking priorities, operational processes, technology systems, and annual budgets for board approval
Cultivate and sustain key partnerships with nonprofit organizations, grantees, and community stakeholders; track interactions in CRM system
Invite, review, analyze, and respond to grant requests; review grant reports; collaborate with Grants Administrator and relationship managers
Champion community engagement by participating in events, supporting grantees, and identifying associate engagement opportunities
Act as Foundation ambassador with external stakeholders (city officials, nonprofit leaders) and internal stakeholders to advance philanthropic strategy
Lead learning initiatives, bring insights from networks, develop and facilitate monitoring/evaluation framework, and assist in implementation including baseline data
