Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team, fostering professional growth and aligning with strategic goals
  • Shape and oversee grantmaking priorities, operational processes, technology systems, and annual budgets for board approval
  • Cultivate and sustain key partnerships with nonprofit organizations, grantees, and community stakeholders; track interactions in CRM system
  • Invite, review, analyze, and respond to grant requests; review grant reports; collaborate with Grants Administrator and relationship managers
  • Champion community engagement by participating in events, supporting grantees, and identifying associate engagement opportunities
  • Act as Foundation ambassador with external stakeholders (city officials, nonprofit leaders) and internal stakeholders to advance philanthropic strategy
  • Lead learning initiatives, bring insights from networks, develop and facilitate monitoring/evaluation framework, and assist in implementation including baseline data
