Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. They should have 4+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, consulting, financial analysis, or growth marketing analytics, with excellent communication, synthesis, presentation, and storytelling skills. A strong understanding of P&L and financial forecasting is necessary, along with advanced SQL, Python, or R proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling. Deep understanding of database technologies, particularly relational databases, data warehousing, or other query tools and languages, is required, as are advanced data modeling skills and basic knowledge of analytics engineering processes and tools. Previous experience in a subscription or e-commerce role, along with strong business acumen, product thinking, and understanding of customer behavior, are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Subscription Analytics will lead the delivery of subscription performance narratives and strategic implications across brands and cross-functional teams. This role involves retention and revenue reporting, consumer KPI management (forecasting, templates, benchmarking), and A/B testing. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for automation in reporting and analysis, developing innovative solutions for efficiency and accuracy, and preparing executive reports. The individual will contribute to weekly status updates and cross-departmental presentations, provide key inputs into leadership updates, and build and automate statistical models to generate insights, form strategy, and influence senior partners. Additionally, they will establish and identify marketing goals, define measurable objectives and key results, and create tools and reports for accurate and continued business measurement.
