Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic and operational plans for IDS AP in partnership with the Senior Director S&O and IDS leadership team
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives across IDS AP related to the overall growth and efficiency of the business
- Track overall IDS AP business performance
- Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable infrastructure and processes, including project management tools, knowledge management systems, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress on strategic priorities
- Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions
