Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or financial services
  • Strong academic credentials, with a bachelor degree required (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • Experience in payments, banking, or technology sectors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic and operational plans for IDS AP in partnership with the Senior Director S&O and IDS leadership team
  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives across IDS AP related to the overall growth and efficiency of the business
  • Track overall IDS AP business performance
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable infrastructure and processes, including project management tools, knowledge management systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress on strategic priorities
  • Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions
