Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications consulting, or platform implementation, along with deep expertise in one or more enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.), or Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.). Strong grasp of enterprise system design, including workflow automation, data modeling, integrations, and API usage is required, as well as experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Applications Solutions Architect, the candidate will lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and system environments, architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce, translate business needs into detailed system requirements, solution designs, and integration plans, support sales efforts by creating compelling proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and feasibility, drive data and systems integration across ERP, CRM, ITSM, HR, and Finance ecosystems, serve as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices for platform usage, configuration, and extensibility, stay current with platform roadmaps, trends, and emerging capabilities, mentor junior consultants and engineers, and ultimately drive innovation and transformation through the design and implementation of complex enterprise platforms.
